South-East Asia Cybersecurity Consortium Forum 2022 (23 Nov 2022)




AiSP is organising the inaugural South-East Asia Cybersecurity (SEACC) Forum 2022 on 23 November at Lifelong Learning Institute where 7 cybersecurity associations from Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Myanmar and Vietnam signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) together with AISP to foster regional collaboration for the South East Asia cybersecurity ecosystem. Theme for this forum is “Strengthening collaborations in Information Security across South East Asia”.

The event was graced by Minister for Communications and Information & Minister In-Charge for Smart Nation & Cybersecurity, Mrs Josephine Teo.

Associations and Organisations from SE Asia that are involved in their country’s cyber security activities have accepted the invitation include:

Association Of National Information and Communication Technology Entrepreneurs Innovations for Social Accountability in Cambodia Information Technology Protective Security Services Malaysia Board of Technologist (MBOT)
Myanmar Information Security Association Thailand Information Security Association Vietnam Information Security Association


As part of the forum, the associations and organisations will share their cybersecurity initiatives, success, challenges, and needs. Singapore government agencies like Cybersecurity Agency of Singapore, will also be invited to share their thoughts on the skillset development programmes for Cybersecurity together with Industry and Academic Partners offering cybersecurity training in the region.
