The Student Volunteer Recognition Programme (SVRP) aims to encourage volunteerism amongst students while developing their interest in cybersecurity. It is organised by the Association of Information Security Professionals and backed by the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA).

The programme will see the involvement of Institutes of Higher Learning such as local Universities and Polytechnics as well as the Institute of Technical Education, with educators encouraging students to explore their potential in cybersecurity and develop their personal and professional abilities through volunteerism.

Industry players play an important role to offer internship opportunities for students to gain industry experience and become cybersecurity professionals in the future.
