The Business Development Representative (BDR) will work closely in collaboration with Territory Account Executives and Marketing to follow-up on inbound leads and occasionally perform outbound prospecting to identify and qualify sales opportunities in their respective territories. Responsibilities:

• Follow-up on all inbound leads in assigned territories.
• Research and profile prospects and accounts in territory.

• Schedule qualified meetings for Territory Account Executives, facilitate prep meetings in advance and ensure a clean pass of information for a positive customer experience.
• Support marketing and sales activity in territory to drive interest and increase meeting conversions.
• Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly activity targets.
• Monitor opportunity progression and pipeline generation, and adjust processes accordingly.

Sales Engineer / Technical Presales Engineer

The Sales Engineer will be the primary technical sales resource for our APAC regional sales team and will assist in identifying customer challenges and driving technical alignment between customer or partner needs and the OPSWAT solutions. You will work with enterprise and government sector customers. • Passionate in cybersecurity and always keeping up to date with technology advancement
• Experienced AWS/Azure/GCP administrator

And Ideally:

• Working experience with Dockers, Kubernetes, Terraform or HELM charts y
• Knowledge of Sandbox and malware analysis
• A technical understanding of APIs
• Experience with ICSenvironments and OT cybersecurity products
• Experience with Dev-Ops
